Documents and Printing

Hardcopy documents designed and created for your business or club. Paper documents for your business or club including business cards, envelopes, letterhead stationery, newsletters, event flyers, membership applications, pamphlets and brochures in both color and black/white with graphics.  These documents can be created as templates for reuse.

Design, develop and deploy interactive forms and documents. Interactive forms and documents in Adobe Acrobat, LibreOffice, Open Document, and Microsoft Word formats are available.  These forms are suitable for sending via email and return via email or US Mail. Documents can be  membership applications, fundraising promotions, meeting attendance sheets and numerous other "fill-in-the-blanks" forms.  Automatic amounts due processing can be incorporated into the forms.  All forms can have the capability to be saved to the user's hard disk, inclusion in emails, and printing on a printer. Electronic document signing using a ScripTel signature pad can be created for LibreOffice Writer and Calc, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office. The signature can be purchased from us or

Document printing and publlishing. We can design and print your membership directories, newsletters, memory books, and many other types of printed material from your data and graphics submitted via email.  You willl be provided with an Adobe Acrobat PDF file to use for proofreading.  All corrections can be accomplished by email.  Hardcopy proofs can be provideded if requested for a small fee to cover the paper cost.   The finished product can be bound with staples or plastic combs.  Other binding options can be provided as well. Documents can be created "press ready" for offset press commercial printing. We can email your documents as attachments to your mailing list and we can mail your hardcopies via USPS using electronic postage.

Scanning service is available. Your graphics can be scanned and saved into an electronic format for a modest fee if all you have is hardcopy.
